Change Leadership – Chris Laping Presentation

This is a great presentation from Chris Laping the Co-Founder & CEO at People Before Things, LLC.  This presentation is from the Evolve conference out in Vegas.  I really liked his story telling and his 7 things leaders do to enable and activate change.  Unfortunately he only shared the following three in his talk:

  • Alignment
  • Capacity
  • Stakeholder Engagement

I can’t wait for his book to come out later this year to learn about the other four.

Facing (and Embracing) Strategic Risks – Deloitte CFO – WSJ

Great insights in this article about strategic risks.  The article is written for the CFO but the concepts apply to any business leader.  CIOs need to take note and understand how they can contribute to facing and embracing strategic risks.
